Terms and Conditions * 1) Payments 1.1) We require all payments for our services including gst to be made within 48 hours from receiving your invoice. Unless we have arranged and approved an alternative. 2) Scheduling 2.1) Our minimum booking is 2 hours for our standard clean, commercial clean, or one-off cleaning services. 2.2) In the case that our client makes changes to the timeframe or details of the job, our original quotes or estimates may differ from the final invoice. 2.3) Under the circumstances a set timeframe has been agreed on, upon arrival if we determine the job is larger than described or extra methods are needed ie; deeper cleaning, unexpected tidying up. It may affect the capability to complete all tasks requested. We will try to make contact and we will only extend the time frame with permission from client as it may result in unexpected fees. 3) Confidentiality 3.1) We ensure complete confidentiality. Especially relating to any identifying or personal information. 3.2) We may take quality assurance photos, for only our own reference. We want you to have peace of mind, nothing personal or identifying will ever be photographed. 3.3) We will always require your approval first, if for promotional purposes, we decide we’d like to take or use images and videos of our cleaning process at your premises. As in 3.2 nothing personal or identifying will be photographed. It’s important that you're comfortable, our visit to your premises it will remain completely confidential unless specifically agreed upon. 4) Cancellations and fees 4.1) We charge a call out fee for travel costs 4.2) Within Porirua: $10 fee plus gst Outside of Porirua: Only one way $0.90 per km plus gst will be charged. There are no admin fees or other hidden fees. 4.3) We require 24 hours notice to cancel a booking. Without notice, this will incur a 25% cancellation fee for the client. Where possible, we may be able to look at rescheduling as an option, but we do not hold responsibility if a new space cannot be found. 4.4) A 25% cancellation fee will incur for the client under the circumstances that we are unable to access the property ie; Locked out 4.5) If you or a member of your household is unwell, or with symptoms of Covid. Please inform us to cancel or reschedule your booking. We cannot carry out work in your home if you or a member of your household is Covid positive. 4.6) In the extreme case of unpaid or overdue payments, debt collection fees will be payable by the client. 4.7) If we refuse service for any reason we will return, to the client, any upfront deposits made for that visit. 4.8) We reserve the right to end providing services at any point for any reason, with a weeks notice. This notice will also be required from the client, should they want to end the service. 5) Materials and Equipment 5.1) AH Clean Co. provides all of our own equipment and materials. If you require us to use your own, they must be safe to handle and operate and we cannot accept liability in the case that something goes wrong with either the equipment or the outcome from using it. 5.2) We do not use bleach, if you require us to use your own bleach or products containing sodium hypochlorite, we cannot accept any liability in the case of damages resulting from use. 6) Breakages and Damages 6.1) While we will always do our best to work carefully, accidents do happen. To avoid breakages we ask that any valuable or non replaceable items be removed from the area we are accessing. 6.2) If we are aware of damages caused during our visit, you will be notified immediately. 6.3) All claims will be considered valid under the circumstances they are reported within 48 hours. Please contact management to resolve any issues, we will gladly rectify this as best we can. 7) Complaints 7.1) All complaints are taken seriously.
